June 21, 2025. The Florida Chi Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at the University of Tampa has won the 2025 National "Harry S. Bunting Outstanding Emerging Chapter of the Year."
Last night at the SAE National Convention in Atlanta, GA, Brother Alec Robinson of the Florida Chi Chapter at UTampa accepted this well deserved recognition on behalf of the entire chapter. "We could not be more thrilled with this National recognition," stated George Bailey, '25-'26 Eminent Archon for the Florida Chi Chapter, "as we have had an exceptional year." Brother Bailey concluded, "The future is very bright for our chapter."
"This has been a rewarding term for all the brothers," stated former '24-25' Eminent Archon Trevor Sandler. "In the the past 2024-2025 school year, our Florida Chi Chapter was awarded our charter in record time, and in that term won 3 local, 2 regional, and now 1 national award." Brother Sandler said, "I could not be prouder of our chapter."
"Florida Chi could not have done this without the support services of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon National office and the local alumni association," said Ryan Stimson, former '24-'25' Eminent Deputy Archon. "They were a huge part of our achievements," Brother Stimson stated, "It's been an incredible finish to an outstanding year." Stimson concluded, "Congratulations to all of us."
